Armada EQM Rental is fully integrated solution within Microsoft Dynamics NAV, providing a complete rental business solution. There is no need to export files, or create bridging software to export files to the accounts system.
Object Module
The object module is the core of EQM Rental Management Software. The object module holds all unique units, tracking all transactions related to the unit, providing easy access to all related information within statistics and reports. Each piece of equipment or rental unit, is represented as a unique object in the Company's database.
Information related to revenues generated and the costs associated with each item can be retrieved easily from statistics and reports at multiple levels.
Workers involved in maintenance of the equipment can enter the type and cost of each service task.
The object module is fully integrated with the rental module, therfore data generated in the object module can be used the rental module. The object module is also integrated with standard purchasing, inventory, service, fixed asset and sales modules within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
All costs and revenues generated by these modules will be displayed in forms and Pages as well as reports produced by individual object, object types and object groups. A Company that for example rents out lifts through EQMs Rental Management Software, can measure the profitability of a unique lift, a particular type of lift, or groups of lifts.
Rental Module
The rental module is, for instance, used by front desk employees, working with the end customers. Armada EQM Rental is used to check the availability, creating rental quotes and contracts for renting out equipment such as, machines, scaffolding, bulk items and services. Additional costs related to the shipping and return of the equipment can be linked to the type of object.
The availability calendar gives the user a total overview of and access to the rental inventory: which objects are rented out to whom, what objects are available from from which location, etc. The users can define the criteria for reports and statistics individually.
